Built GenesysFlow, a powerful no-code workflow automation engine tailored for Genesys Cloud CX administrators and operations teams. The platform features a drag-and-drop visual workflow builder with reusable modules such as DID Mapping, Agent Assignment, Customer Lookup, and Data Table sync. Workflows can be triggered on a schedule or on-demand, with full execution logging, phase-by-phase tracking, and validation error reporting. The tool eliminates manual repetitive tasks and dramatically reduces provisioning time.
